A spoiler-light look at the four illusionists, stage format, and special effects audiences should know about before Now You See Me Live.

Meet the four illusionists

Gabriella Lester, James More, Darcy Oake, and Matthew Pomeroy make up the quartet presented as the Horsemen. Their backgrounds span escape, sleight of hand, large-scale illusion, and mind reading.

The official production introduces four individual performers rather than recreating the film cast. Their live show combines solo features with ensemble spectacle.

What changes when magic moves to a theatre

Now You See Me Live is inspired by the Lionsgate film franchise and produced by the team behind The Illusionists. The Broadway event focuses on stage illusions, stunts, and visual surprises; the production does not simply replay a movie plot.

The official venue notice flags strobe and laser effects, loud bangs, pyrotechnics, smoke and haze, and a live scorpion. Review these notices if you or someone in your party is sensitive to sensory effects.
